Cheap frame that fell apart.
So I originally gave this one 3 stars (it's flimsy and cheap). He was just defending the poster I printed. Today I was just sitting at my desk and heard a cracking sound. The rim broke and fell to the ground a few seconds later. Note: the nail and everything was still on the wall so I didn't use the break frame holder to attach it. Super disappointed. The glass didn't break, but it DID NOT EVEN LAST A MONTH.
