Our barn doors are 2 7/8 inches tall. The description says they fit 3 11/16" and the chart shows 2 15/16". We received them today and the width is much smaller and won't fit in outside doors. The option to ask questions is disabled on the product page and there are no instructions. We cannot contact the seller. Very frustrating. I think we're back for false advertising.
