Original review at the time of publication One Star: Worst product I have ever received. When I first downloaded it I was shocked that none of the main drivers were installed on it. Because of this, I couldn't open a game on Steam. After installing it still didn't work. I restarted my computer and it got stuck on the loading screen for an hour so I decided to wipe it completely and start over. It worked great for a few hours and everything was fixed after I did a hard reset (I have no idea how). I was glad that I had solved the problem and closed it to go to bed. I woke up a few hours later and the computer is now locked and won't even boot. I press F10 and try to restore, it says "Restore failed". Not to mention that SkyTech is currently not taking calls due to the virus. I've waited two weeks for the computer to be delivered and it will take even longer to send it back to get a new one and at this point I wouldn't want to take another SkyTech computer. This is an awful product. How it passed the inspection, no idea. Updated Review: Turns out I had a bad SSD! I don't think it was Skytech's fault but it was broken and damaged anyway. I still think it failed the proper stress tests or driver checks BUT the way Skytech handled the situation made me change my rating from one star to FOUR. If I had the right SSD the first time around I would definitely give it five stars, but after everything I've been through I had to reinstall Windows 10 from USB onto my old SSD and rebooted 3 times and was deducted a star in frustration as a result. SKYTECH HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wasn't able to contact anyone as their offices are closed due to COVID-19 so I reached out via Instagram from all locations. I spoke to one of the staff who was very apologetic and swore it was a broken SSD. They sent me another SSD for free with same day delivery and I installed it myself (it was very easy). It's been three days and ALL IS GOOD, knock on wood, the machine works like the machine I should have gotten the first time. MARVELOUS. I recommend this company and this computer to everyone. I can record and stream 1080 60fps on ultra settings! I am very happy with my purchase!
