Bought this when it was on sale on Black Friday, not much cheaper than now. I really want it. And then a month later it just stopped charging out of nowhere (I used it every day as my dog sheds a lot). I contacted the company and they replaced it. The second actually looked new. It came with all kinds of stickers that the first one didn't have. I thought oh great. I actually got a new one this time. But a month later when he was supposed to start cleaning he starts pacing in circles or back and forth and I don't understand what happened. I checked that nothing could get stuck in the tires and everything was fine, they just stopped working. Items off the floor, it also doesn't tell you when it's full so it will just try to clean it up but not actually pick anything up. It even went over the rug my dog sleeps on and I enjoyed the feeling of a clean floor without much fuss. I will attach a video from there. The video is literally right after he turns on at the scheduled time to clean. I give it 3 stars because it cleaned up. Every time I've received one it's only been a month and they've been kind enough to refund my money.
