Update: After a week of trying to find a manufacturer/seller to discuss repair/service, I found an error. The thing worked wonderfully - not for long. One day it stopped in the middle of cleaning for no reason. Now it will back up just an inch, then stop and beep. None of the troubleshooting steps in the guide changed anything.
