I started buying this from Sephora. My daughter has eczema and her lips were so dry and cracked and bleeding every day. We tried so many different things including the doctor's recommendations. After months of trying and searching, I went to Sephora hoping someone there could give me some advice (I was willing to try anything at this point). The nice guy offered her argon oil to apply at night and this lip balm to apply during the day if she needed it. Now she only uses this lip balm and NEVER HAD A PROBLEM AGAIN.
