Conveniently holds lots of flour!
Nice and big, easy to use, holds a lot of flour. I like to mix whole wheat and white flour, so it's hard to say how much, but at least ten pounds. The top edge is even and firm. The lid has a door to access the flour without having to remove the entire lid. The door doesn't seem to close as tightly as I'd like, but it's perfect for flour, maybe rice and beans, but not sugar. It works well for us and we love it as we cook more at home.
