Overall this cat bed with window is very good and my cat loves it. But there were no instructions in the kit on how to assemble it so I just had to look at the photo in the listing and figure it out. Also, the plastic frame could be a little more durable than it is, but it works and gets the job done. After all, sometimes a suction cup falls out of the window. It happened once when my cat was in it but she remained unimpressed and he still held her to the window. I would just make sure the window is very clean before putting the suction cup in there. A little moisture underneath can also help. Despite its shortcomings, the cat bed does what it is supposed to do, looks good and my cat loves it.
