It slides over the seat belt so you can't rely on it being in the same place every time you reach for it. It should be under the clip, but the button (which keeps the clip from sliding down) doesn't prevent it from sliding down, so it's impossible to tell where it will end up. After trying different configurations, one of the connectors broke. It tends to curl up, so don't install it so it rotates out of the door when not in use, or when you sit down, close the door and grab it. White would be better than black. It would be easier to find him. Maybe it could work better in a 4-door than my 2-door where I have to reach further back, but all my other criticisms still apply. I would have preferred to have something like this that attaches to a clip rather than a belt, but there is no such thing.
