The product itself looks good but there are huge production differences between the 2020 and 2021 models (even though it's the same chair!) They reduced the number of straps and added 1 extra spring. You sink into it and your hips feel the front wooden beam. I weigh 175 pounds and I don't think they feel comfortable after 30 minutes of sitting. The legs flex a lot when you sit in them due to their design. There is a large gap between the angle bracket and the chair, so literally the only thing that adds support is a screw. Very minimal wood-wood contact. The quality control is terrible. One chair was stitched well and the Velcro was evenly distributed, others had imperfections in the outer seam, the foam was uneven, and the Velcro was accidentally sewn on. A leg was broken upon arrival. 1/5 overall because they look good for the price but otherwise offer little to no functionality.
