Great wind chime for outside decoration
I find it's not balanced, it doesn't spin in the wind, it just wobbles back and forth. turns as it should. Only with one weirdo everything is fine with the other. It has two spinning blades. He was replaced and is by far the best wind spinner of all time. It works great even in light winds. i will take more Thanks for your help.
