It was a bit confusing figuring out how to wear it (no instructions included). It seems to be exactly what I needed. I have solar urticaria (UV allergy) and need to stay covered when I go outside during the day. I live in Arizona so a cool hat is a must. It meets both requirements. It's very easy. Haven't tested it yet to see if it blocks UV, but I have Sun Guard Cleanser (a UV blocking additive recommended by the American Cancer Society) which is also available from Revain if it's not right is working. I am happy.
