The best thing I like about this software is that it has an excellent user interface which makes my job easier as a developer to create interactive applications in webAR format. It also provides me with many features such as Camera tracking, Face detection or even motion capture of body parts using Kinect SDKs. There are some minor bugs here but nothing serious really since they have been addressed by their support team fast enough. If you want something highly customizable then go ahead! You will be able to use all its capabilities without any hassle at all. We used it mainly for creating virtual reality environments where we can place our products inside them so people could interact directly from anywhere around the world via mobile devices.
