At a meeting I was complimented on the sound quality when using this product and the Plantronics H81N headset. However, I almost returned the processor, thinking it was defective because I didn't have updated drivers, and as a result, my headset got stuck in silent mode. When purchasing this product, be sure to download the software from Poly.com (formerly Plantronics). I used the da80 software with the 700 series selected for an ASUS laptop running Windows 10.
