Review on SLEEPING LAMB Hanging Organizer Rotating by Robert White

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The pockets are not as big as I would like.

I have an older Rubbermaid model, actually longer, with 20 pockets that fold in half to hang on a pole or even over a door of your choosing. Love it. Bought 2 and was going to buy 4 more after reviewing the first two. He was never available or seen again. HOWEVER his bags are very large and beautiful and custom fit my shoes, of course pair of shoes, gloves, scarves and of course pretty much anything as long as it fits. Either way, this shorter version is good, but not that great in terms of pocket size or quality. And it would be great if he offered two suspension options. But I bought two. One is downstairs in the dressing room for storing gloves, hats and scarves. Knit and fabric look great. Hats for banknotes are not suitable, as they can of course crush a banknote. But it helps control clutter and frees up more drawer bottom space that we keep in the same closet for gloves, other headwear, and that off-season clothing. I doubt I would buy again. But I can use it. I'm still hoping for the return of the Rubbermaid brand. Or at least similar. The brand doesn't matter as long as the quality and size of the bags are the same. Even without the folding cabinet option. If you have a shorter-handled closet and, say in our case, we store vacuum cleaners under jackets hanging over them, this shorter size is perfect in that regard. New when we ordered. So four solid stars overall. But yes, it may require some tweaking. Think a shoe in every bag, folks. I see a lot of people who sincerely think that all the pockets on these sneakers should fit two. No real period, even much larger bags than the ones I linked above. So keep that in mind if you think this is just for SHOES. I use it for shoes and vacuums, and in another instance, after sewing on a few loops, it holds all of my vacuum cleaner attachments, including long extensions and crevice nozzles, that I bought years ago. The smaller pockets themselves hold brushes and small tools. It also includes washed and new filters. So this is a shorter version like this one, cream colored, and I added screws and hung them just below the light switch that goes in the closet. So everything is easy to find and see. This shorty was over the door but I wanted it on the wall and the screws set correctly to hang the grommets to work are perfect too. Just thought I'd add other possibilities that some might not have thought they could use. I certainly didn't want there to be anything other than random pieces of off-season clothing between winter and summer jackets that depended on it. Between the clothes themselves, tools are out of place. Think outside the box to make everyone's life happier.

Pros
  • I'm holding my fists
Cons
  • Hard to say
