Review on USA Ratchet Straps Motorcycle Strength Motorcycle & Powersports for Accessories by Fred Novak

I bought two sets of these straps. A set works fine. Not in the other set. The problem with the second set is that the take-up spool cannot rotate freely in the ratchet housing when released. This makes it extremely difficult to loosen and remove the belt from the pulley. Inspection of the metal frame showed that the take-up spool holes were misaligned or too small. I contacted RHINO by phone. I only have one answering machine. I left a detailed message and my phone number. Never heard of them. My solution was to repeatedly rotate the spool inside the case and finally attach the two parts until they were better aligned. If I need extra straps, I'll buy another brand.
