Want to be notified of a problem before you go to the store?

There is a chance I can fix it myself, mostly not on modern cars. Having read a mixed amount of reviews and having built 3 cars this century I was still expecting some issues with the code. What drew me here was the OBD-2 support touted by the "community". The participation of users and "experts" was damn good. Code readers and symptom predictors have proven very helpful when I'm getting strange signals. The number one reason I tried this was for the "Unable to duplicate" or "Situation under power" violations that my static reader can't detect. With this device you can drive around the city and see the real-time status. It does not create a collection of data that can be analyzed in one day, for example. I may be wrong about this. This is still research for me and I may be able to find a way to download the data to a flash drive and replicate the dynamic data collection on a PC.
