I like that you can see all of your contacts in one place at once. You don't have to open multiple apps/websites if there are several people who need attention from an officer or even another member with higher ranks than them. If they're not logged into their account then it will take longer before those messages go through which does get frustrating when we've got so many things going on during roll call! Don’t be afraid of using this new program for training purposes as well as communicating with members via text message instead of phone calls! We were able to easily communicate with other officers regarding any updates about situations happening within our rollcall area without having to pick up our cell phones every time something came up - just log onto evertel and everything gets done right away!
