I like that it allows me to see my progress as well as what's coming up in each test so far.

It can be difficult at times if you are not very familiar with testing or have never done this kind of thing before - but once you get used to how things flow (or don't) then it is easy enough for anyone! The interface could use some more polish and make-over though - maybe even consider going back to using something other than Adobe products? We're trying out different types of tests now which has made our job much easier.
