I like how easy it was to use for my clients that did not have technical knowlage or training in computer systems/software purchasing.

The system works very well with Microsoft Office programs such as Word & Excel which are used by many users at our organization! There really isn't anything bad about this product other then perhaps more features would be nice but since its only $99 per year there's little risk involved when trying something new!! We've been able to purchase computers faster due to using this program vs waiting days before getting them from another place we had previously purchased through (which could take weeks).
