Seat did not move up/forward

2 minutes per latch. GMC ACADIA 2014. 7 So it all started a while ago and my wife said he wouldn't push forward anymore and never move backwards so one day she decided to accidentally lock our baby in the car. After the baby safe's window smashed, she pushed the seat back to vacuum the glass. But then she refused to drive the car after I installed a new window and ordered this baby. Save my life and my marriage would definitely recommend.
