Review on Crescent WMS by Peter Sullivan

I like that it is very easy for anyone with no technical knowledge at all to use our software since its cloud-based system which makes things so much easier! The support team always responds within 24 hours of contacting them about anything related to their product or business needs. We have not had any issues yet but sometimes when we do they make quick work out of it by sending us new updates in less than an hour after making contact through email/phone call etc. Our accounting department has been able to take over many tasks previously done manually such as tracking inventory levels daily & weekly. This allows more time spent doing other important jobs rather then just keeping track of numbers day in&day outs.
