I've suffered from plantar fasciitis for decades. It runs in my family.I remember my father having a device like this for his plantar fasciitis so when I saw the opportunity to pick one up, I figured it was worth a try.The ball does not do much for me, but the stretching device is amazing. After just a few days of use, I can feel both my feet are much less tight. The stretcher does have instructions and, beyond the foot and ankle, and those stretches also work well.
