First let me say publicly that I am not happy with Fitbit. I have had one for about 8 years and when my Sense started having charging issues the support I got form Fitbit sucked. After an hour dealing with "chat" support they said it's a known issue and to wait for a firmware update. Welp that was a problem because my Sense was at zero power and no way to power it up for an update. Watched a few YouTube videos and nothing worked so I followed a link to this product and for $10 I had a charger that worked! Charge my Sense up in no time and all is well. That's more than what I can say for the Fitbit charger. Saved my $300 watch. Thanks!
