BOHARERS: The Death Place of Quality

I was eager to purchase some much-needed cooking and table linens at BOHARERS because I consider myself to be a self-proclaimed expert in home decor. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing encounter. First of all, their website resembles something a young child would have created using clip art. To locate what I was looking for, I had to sift through a maze of pages that weren't well organized. But that was just the start. I was horrified to discover that even my dog wouldn't sleep on the linens when my order eventually showed up after what felt like an eternity. They had to be made from recycled plastic bags, I can only presume. To make things worse, I encountered a wall of silence when I attempted to contact their customer service department. It resembled screaming into space. If you will, call it a customer care black hole. Finally, BOHARERS is the place where excellence dies. This is the place to go if you want linens that appear to have been dug up from the depths of a swamp. Stay as far away as you can if you value your health.

Pros
  • Clearly laid out and simple to use website.
Cons
  • Availability of the merchandise is restricted.
