strong vibration and strong heat

I have had back pain for many years and when it gets really bad I just use a small heating pad. When I saw this I decided to give it a try. I was skeptical there would be anything more than a little vibration from something like this, but I was quite surprised when I first turned it on. These little pads generate quite a bit of vibration. I used it at medium intensity and I think that's enough. I also tried the heating element and I really liked that it heated a very large area of the pillow so I could get my whole back and buttocks. I like some of the preset modes that rotate the back or legs up and down, but mostly I just pick a point or two and keep them in that range. I was also surprised at how thick it was. I guess I wasn't really sure what I was expecting, but it wasn't that thick. The only real downsides are where the power is connected, in the controller, which can be a little fiddly, but it doesn't matter much. Also, the vibration pads don't actually fit the pad to hit the intended spots (neck, back, legs, etc.), but actually every body length is different, so you just have to adjust where you sit on it to get pads to hit , wherever you want. Those two little things aside, I really like it and am looking forward to the cold winter coming so I can put the heating elements to good use.
