This rocket noise machine looks really gorgeous and the projector complements the space theme well. However, in my opinion, it's just not worth the current price at the time of this review. It seems a bit cheap and lacks overall functionality. You can't use a night light or projector without sound, and the overall sound quality just isn't great. It seems very loud, even on the lowest settings, and I personally didn't find the sounds very soothing. The worst sound overall was probably the one he defaults to; The "snoring" sound sounds very strange and distorted. There are a few other sounds, but they're not much better. There are birdsong, crickets, a creek, and a rainstorm, but they all appear to be just cheap, free audio clips that are relatively short loops and not something actually recorded for the purpose of reassurance. If you want this device to be a fun little toy for kids to use when traveling then it could be great for that purpose; I'm sure I would have loved it as a kid. I just don't think it's a good device to help kids or adults with issues like anxiety or insomnia.
