I bought this air purifier with a lot of excitement as I travel a lot. I was disappointed to find out that it doesn't fit my 2012 Mazda 6 due to the design shape which is too big for my stores. However, I can say that the customer service from the seller (Shopsmartoutlet) was great! I opened the car air freshener that came with it, thinking this would make it impossible for me to return the item. I was kindly informed that this was not a problem and that my air purifier could still be returned. They even marked the year and make of my car to let future customers know of the discrepancy. Although this product did not suit me, I trust Shopsmartoutlet as a supplier.
