I had no problem with it but I couldn't handle it myself so I had to ask my husband to do it for me. But hey, this product does what it's supposed to do. Both guns arrived in good condition, both working. They aren't spring loaded, you need a good amount of compression for them to work. When used, you will hear two clicks.
