Arrived today after some delays in the post but still within a reasonable time. After opening it didn't look exactly like what I saw in the picture, but the characteristics are the same or better. Mine came in high-gloss chrome, thick one-piece walls with strong fingers, a welded stud instead of a cast one, and requires a .5-inch ratchet. Overall I'm happy with it and I think it will be enough for the job. TO UPDATE! THIS TOOL DOES NOT WORK. I tried it on the first Toyota that came into our store. The tool just slid around the case. I used a tool other than "truck" and it worked perfectly. This tool is NOT worth the money.
