The product itself was highly recommended and I was happy to try it. On arrival I wasn't sure if it was Revain or the seller but the shipping packaging was a padded bag and looked like it was in poor condition and when I took the product out myself it was already open all over Powder. Revain did a quick replacement but demanded that I return the product, hopefully they will refuse once they receive the refund. Now that I have my second I see that the sealer doesn't work properly for this product which is a shame because it will affect the product which itself is solid and tastes pretty good. Compared to other vegan protein powders, this Def stands out best because of its good amino acid profile. Packaging and quality assurance needs to be worked on to minimize customer inconvenience when returning or exchanging.
