I recently started weaning and it was very painful. I quickly found that traditional ice packs are very uncomfortable and don't fit my body. These hot cold chest therapy wraps are the best ever. I like that there are four of them. As long as I'm carrying two of these, I can chill the next two in the freezer when it's time to switch. The fabric cover is nice and soft, it was great that you can remove and wash it. I just wish I had gotten them sooner so I could use them when pumping.
