Noise: The first thing that struck me after installation was the whiny, plastic-on-plastic humming noise that only a cheap fan can make. (I'm used to Noctuas, so there's a high bar for my preference.) Temperatures: In a 25C room, I tested GPU temperatures using FurMark's GPU stress test; the idle temperature dropped from 39°C to 34°C and after 10 minutes of endurance testing, these additional fans lowered the operating temperature from 72°C to 70°C. I connected the fans to the motherboard case fans, so I'm sure higher temperatures could be achieved if they were added to the GPU fan header instead. You can buy mounting kits that allow you to add your own fans (hopefully quieter than these), similar to mounting a fan in a PCI slot. There are also GPU coolers (Arctic Accelero and RAIJINTEK) if you want to replace your stock GPU cooler.
