This is an easy way of getting people involved in my clients' businesses, from posting images or writing blogs to creating giveaways or surveys (which can then be used as marketing material). It's also really simple to add videos via Vimeo accounts - I have never had any issues with this service and would highly recommend using them! They don't charge you until someone engages so there are no up-front costs either. You do need some form of website/blogging platform but they offer free plans which works well enough if that isn't where your focus lies. My clients love being included when we're planning social media posts etc, plus it gives me plenty of ideas myself too.
