Very low quality: my feedback

Bought this set because I needed more handles and my bands need to be replaced I can use the bands but all the handles are garbage very thin nylon and the bands are considered Heavy Duty but aren’t.

Pros

‎2 x Door Anchors, 1 x Workout Guide Book, 1 x Carrying Bag, 2 x Ankle Straps, 6 x Resistance Bands, 4 x Cushioned Foam Handles

Cons

May not be as effective for overall fitness and health as a more comprehensive workout routine including multiple types of equipment and exercises

So far I LOVE these exercise bands. I was able to use them with a home gym bench that is adjustable and has hooks to connect the bands. They are stackable and can definitely create enough resistance to where I can''t budge ''em, so the "weight" level is great for most people (but nothing truly beats "free weights" ... but this is much safer and can be done for one person alone in the comfort of your home). Great workout bands - love ''em!
