Too bad that the "return window" seems to have closed. I wanted to send it back as it was only used after the Christmas present and it doesn't work. The main problems are: a) The touch screen froze completely several times, leaving you unable to do anything. You can't even turn it off, you'll either have to open it up and reset the settings or wait for the battery to die, but it gets very hot. B) It keeps telling me it can't print because the paper isn't recognized, isn't loaded properly, or needs to be recalibrated. I checked all that and got it right. C) The battery is either not charging properly or is defective as it seems to only last 30 minutes recording/5-6 prints, which is not so good when you are trying to shoot/print at a party or event. d) The print quality is very poor, with multicolored lines remaining even on black and white prints. Such a shame. I really liked the idea of this camera, but it's almost useless for the purpose it's intended for.
