Review on Victorinox Swiss Classic Boning Flexible by Joseph Hall

I have owned several knives of this type. I'm someone who cares more about how a product works than how it looks. I love the look of this knife, but it's the performance that makes me love it. If you've never owned a Victorinox Fibrox knife, do yourself a favor and order one to try. Fits well in the hand and offers a good grip. I started with one, now I have about 10 knives from butcher to chef. In addition to great handles, Victorinox knives are very sharp and stay that way for a long time. This particular knife is good for many different functions. I have used it for butchering venison, butchering turkey, ham and many other things in the kitchen and it has always worked flawlessly.
