Pleasant quality. The color is bright and rich, and the reflective elements seem to do the trick. I would definitely buy this again. However, the size chart is disabled. That's a lot more than expected. I bought this for our (very) large cat and as long as it fits she can climb out of it. She is exactly 16 inches around her chest, I measured twice and measured my SO again just to be sure. I ordered a medium size as per the size chart. I'll be keeping it as I'm sure she'll get bigger as she's just over a year old, but be aware you'll definitely need to order one size smaller than your actual measurements.
