Review on Dell S2721HS: HD Ultra Thin Monitor with FreeSync and IPS Technology by Tony Bolden

I bought this for my wife's computer which uses a Radeon RX 560. I wanted a monitor with speakers and FreeSync, so I bought the S2721H fixed model. To get the advertised 75Hz refresh rate, you need to change Windows' advanced display settings to the maximum refresh rate and make sure FreeSync is enabled in your graphics card software. This 1080P monitor is very clear and easy to read in standard mode (standard mode). If you need blue light protection, you need to switch to comfort mode. Another setting to check is that it's set to RGB mode since you're connecting via HDMI. For some reason it wasn't set to RGB by default. There is a Dell driver that you can download instead of using the default Windows driver for a better experience. Although this model is fixed in height, it offers tilt adjustment and VESA 100 mounts for monitor stands. Not a single dead pixel or shipping damage. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.
