Helped me a lot. First thing in the morning I run, take a shower and then sit down at the table. My calves are getting so tight. I try to roll them out at night but it hurts so much. I'm also a gifted sweat machine. This is no exaggeration. So I finally put two and two together. So I started using this drink mix. I get about 3/4 of 16 oz. about 20 minutes before my run and finish the rest after my run. I'm much more awake when I start and feel energized. At the end of my run, I shower and then roll out my calves. no more pain As a bonus, 2 hours after a run I don't feel as exhausted as I do after a very hard run. Good product.
