Review on Black Finish Yamaha NS-6490 Pair of 3-Way Bookshelf Speakers by Shimamoto Tatsuki ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It has some flaws but the product is usable.

I bought it for a ridiculous price of 7 thousand, got on the action. Healthy such shelves with side walls of 10 mm. You knock - it's loud. Covered with a cheap black film, the plastic framing of the dins against the background of "piano lacquer" looks even cheaper. Kind of like a toy. It actually plays like a toy. A bunch of audible distortions, humps in the middle, poking, the lack of at least some intelligible detail. The bass is very hard. For seven thousand norms. For 9 you already need to think, for 11 you don’t need it for nothing. I turned it on alternately with tiny Dali monitors, tiny ones play much more mature than these "coffins" from Yamaha. I advise you to take the current, for 5-6, under the designer. They play at the level of computer multimedia in a similar price range.

Pros
  • - Yamaha type - Unpretentious, but three-strip - High chuyka - Price (details in the comments)
Cons
  • - audible distortion - Ticking and pressing on the ears middle - Very flimsy and thin-walled body, as a result - dull and smeared bass for a closed box - Extremely cheap finishing materials, without a dressed neck look like a toy - Inconvenient connection port - You can’t put it on the table - overall
