If I can stop ONE person from buying this, I will be happy. This tablet is garbage. The problem is that I'm pretty sure it was either "reconditioned" or just used/defective. After spending some time setting it up, I tried running the Duo app, which needs access to your camera, which I gave it permission to do. No matter what I did, it didn't work (I'm not stupid in this business). I looked around the settings to see if this is a nested feature of the camera itself. NO CAMERA APP - THIS MUST BE THE DEFAULT APP/SETTING ON THE TABLET. I thought I was doing something wrong. I was not. The user manual (written or translated by someone whose native language is clearly not English) was a JOKE. It made no sense, stripped everything out entirely, showed features of my tablet it didn't have (camera, for starters), and looked like it was typed and printed by a third grader. Good. Maybe it was a crappy reseller? So I went to my friend on Google for answers and on YouTube (probably a tutorial). There is no sensible information anywhere. Also, I emailed the ONLY reseller contact to let them know about the issue while I was looking for tech support. OF COURSE they haven't. Not sure if this is the only one I have, but I'd say don't risk it. I packed it up that same evening, sent it back and bought another one with the same Android interface that REALLY worked exactly as it was supposed to, with a really professional manual from the manufacturer that was downright simple.
