Review on Mentionlytics by Jessie Zdunich

I like that I can set reminders for my data and that it's easy to add more keywords to my search. I also like that it's free, though I haven't used the paid version yet. I dislike having to go to their site to get to the data that I want to use. I also dislike that I have to log in each time I do so. I would like to be able to search for data that I want to use without having to log in each time. Using Mentionlytics I can get information about my company's customers, their likes, dislikes, and overall satisfaction. I can also see what people are saying about my company on the internet. I can use this to find out what customers are saying about my company online and what they're saying about me personally.
