Makes keeping track of customer feedback simple

I like that I can set reminders for my data and that it's easy to add more keywords to my search. I also like that it's free, though I haven't used the paid version yet. I dislike having to go to their site to get to the data that I want to use. I also dislike that I have to log in each time I do so. I would like to be able to search for data that I want to use without having to log in each time. Using Mentionlytics I can get information about my company's customers, their likes, dislikes, and…

  • Easy access if you already know how your account is arranged (I think)
  • Accessible from almost anywhere within an app or browser window.

Does just fine and allows users quick acccess across many tools

I like how easy it was for me as an intern at this firm of accountants/CPAs in Phoenix AZ - which has offices nationwide-to use their software! It's fairly intuitive once you get used to its layout but there are some things I think could be improved upon like adding more features or perhaps having better search options available?   • One thing that stands out most, even before logging onto my own personal accounts (iPad),is seeing other people’ s photos along wih posts made directly related t0 those profiles' pages themselves!!! Great way ffor networking!! Also great ease oof getting connected online while working remotely without needing internet service providers help too much..all just because i love coffee ; ) : ).....I'm very grateful !!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Mention-ify Great For Insights Into What People Are Saying About Your Brand

I like how it gives us instant analytics for our social media posts! It provides great insights into what people are saying about your brand online. We have started getting more engagement with our products which has been great. There really isn't anything we dislike at this point as far as functionality goes.   • Great reporting features (see screenshots)
  • Lots/tons o fdata provided by Google Analytics integration, but not much else that integrates well w ith GA..yet?
  • Easy export function so easy i was able create my own graphics within an hour just using Powerpoint & Excel :)

Excellent Ease Of Use For Super Intuitive Platform

The best thing about mentiontilys has been its ease of use! It’s really easy for our team members who are not necessarily tech-savvy or familiar with software in general because it comes super intuitive after you spend some time using their platform. I have never had an issue where we couldn't figure something out within minutes but when there was difficulty they were very quick at responding back via email/phone call so no big deal as far as support goes here either way!!
