When an ordinary tonometer shows a gradual increase or decrease in pressure, the dynamics of the values ​​on the watch can be either the same as that of the tonometer, or the opposite, as God puts on the soul. Those. they measure something, the measurement values ​​​​do not jump randomly, so this cannot be attributed to an error, the changes occur gradually, but the direction of change in the measured value is rather arbitrary and is not connected with pressure, rather, with mood, perhaps? But why should I measure MY mood when I am me and I already understand what my mood is. The pedometer thinks that when I type on the keyboard - I do it during a frenzied sprint, so the functionality of the pedometer is also pretty useless. The error of the heart rate monitor is ±5 beats, which is tolerable, but still quite a lot. The only dimension that more or less accurately corresponds to reality is sleep, and if I wake up in the middle of the night, this is sometimes recorded not as an awakening, but as a restless dream. In general, I took it solely out of hope for a somehow working tonometer and was very disappointed with the uselessness of this watch.
