I have arthritis at the base of both thumbs. I wear them while knitting. I was looking for supportive thumb sprint gloves to replace a pair of craft gloves that needed replacing. They hold up very well and I wear them every evening after knitting for a few hours. I had these from a craft company and they made holes in the top of my thumb from Sprints. If you need both hands, buy two gloves and turn one over. They also have good hand support. I will definitely buy them again if they ever wear out.
