The top recommended memory for 3rd Gen Ryzen processors with an X570 motherboard.

Main Review: I'm new to PC building; So I did a lot of research to find out what it takes to build a high speed gaming/work PC. Memory (RAM) is one of the key components of any PC build, and with 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen processors (from 3700X to 3900X) I found that they put a lot of strain on RAM to get the optimal performance I would like. I bought this G.Skill Trident Z Neo (F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC) because it is specially optimized for X570 motherboards paired with Ryzen 3000 processors (source: G.SKILL website). I've paired it with an MSI MAG X570 Tomahawk motherboard and an AMD Ryzen 9 3900X processor and I'm very happy with the performance; The speed is incredible. Specifications: Your motherboard will determine RAM compatibility and each motherboard manufacturer will have a QVL (Qualified Vendor List) available either on their website/documentation; So check it for compatibility before making a decision. These RAM modules are rated at 3600MHz; PC4-28800, 288 pins; CL=16 delay; 1.34v from 16-19-19-39. The memory slot is 44mm (1.73 inches) high for those wondering if it will fit in your case. A temperature sensor is built into the memory chip to monitor temperatures on some motherboards and when running diagnostics. I have an MSI MAG X570 TOMAHAWK motherboard and this RAM is 100% compatible and I have 2 sticks of 16GB each for a total of 32GB. RGB Colors: The standard RGB colors in RAM are very attractive and have lots of rainbow colors which are nice to look at and not super gaudy as they have a matte look; and the lighting is controlled by the software if you want to sync it with all the other RGB devices on the PC; and it requires separate software (in my case it's MSI Dragon/Mystic Light) to be downloaded from motherboard manufacturer's website, and it supports different motherboard manufacturers and other third-party software. RAM speeds: When RAM is first installed on the motherboard, it defaults to the lowest configured frequency, which is 2200MHz to avoid damaging the hardware. You need to enter BIOS settings (press DEL key during boot) to change memory profile to XMP profile. The process may be slightly different on other motherboards, but on MSI motherboards the option is right on the main page and is labeled "A-XMP". I enabled this option and was able to reach the advertised speed of 3600MHz without any problems. When I did this and booted up my computer, I noticed a sudden spike in speed due to the frequency change from 2200MHz to 3600MHz. Overall, I have no hesitation in recommending this memory to anyone using the X570 chipset with AMD Ryzen processors. As I felt the speed and performance is much better when I used it with the X570 chipset with Ryzen 3900X processor.
