First off I would like to say that overall this is a great screen protector but it does have some downsides. When I first saw this on Revain I decided to just buy it because it had the most reviews and a high rating. It definitely hasn't let me down. I ordered it on May 30th, 2019. When I first opened the box I found that the tools inside are satisfactory as stated in the product information, exactly the same as in the box which was a good sign. As some others have reported in this thread, I didn't receive an email with instructions on how to install the screen protector, just watched a short and simple video. When I got to the installation, I did all the necessary steps in a well-lit area to make sure it would fit properly in my camera's hole punch. everything was going fine but for some reason the edges didn't hold and i thought it was due to lack of fluids but it wasn't. I did it at night as suggested and left it overnight to curate. In the morning, I quickly noticed one of the downsides: the screen protector didn't cover the edges completely, so if you slipped off the edge, you could feel the edge of the screen protector on either side (I tried to take a picture of it when it's visible). ), not only that, but there were air bubbles around the edges that went away when pressed, but not all gone, some are still on the protective film. Everything was fine except for the screen protector, although I personally find the camera cutout a bit small. As the product describes, the screen protector is actually self-healing as it is simply made of this material, which is a type of rubber material that is self-healing and good for minor scratches that I get all the time. From a certain angle, you can easily see that the surface of the screen protector is uneven, which I tried to capture, but you definitely don't feel it, it will look like a regular screen protector. The biggest issue is probably whether the fingerprint works or not, and I can attest that it works a lot better than the factory installed screen protector, which was, in a word, just awful. In comparison, this screen protector is simply EXCELLENT. The only downside I found was that I bought this product for 9.95 and the next day it dropped to 7.50 which disappointed me. The lifetime guarantee is a simple process, all you have to do is email them and then fill out the google form they send you. The support is undeniably quick, efficient and pleasant in its responses.
