This item is not overpriced and appears to be well made and seems to last. The buttons and the board itself don't give much. The front panel is made of metal and looks very solid. I love it and so does my boyfriend. The only complaint is that I have small hands and the mouse is VERY big. In fact, for my regular use I would order a different keyboard if I could because so far I like that the mouse is too big. The mouse clicks well and works well.
