Review on Kohler 1148629 BC Replacement Part by Derick Johns

This item was ordered to replace an existing faucet hose that was leaking. During the checkout process, I was able to save $20 by purchasing a used item instead of a new one. The item was in its original packaging during use and looked like new. The exchange process was exactly as described in the Kohler videos - although they don't tend to lie on their backs and fight for an hour with a continuous stream of profanity pouring out of their mouths, part of the project. If the hose really did fit my sink it would be a pretty easy replacement. The fitment issue was not the seller's fault, it was Kohler's fault. I looked at the online documentation for my sink but they didn't give me any advice on whether I needed a standard hose or a matching hose, so I ordered a replacement for that standard hose. Unfortunately, it didn't fit, but again, that's not the fault of the seller or the replacement unit, it's a misguided consumer. Work, I received it on Monday. A bit embarrassing, but not the end of the world.
